Here is Julia in the dress this morning... yay!
It fit! It does! There are a few things I will change, though...
1. Since it isn't knit, the bodice part needs to be a bit more fitted.
2. I need to be better with my "edges"... I didn't care so much because it was a prototype, but the arm holes aren't as clean as they could be.
3. I think it could be a tad longer.
4. I think I would like to try satin or lace something to edge the neck instead of the stiff bias tape from Wal-Mart, but I worked with what I had.
But, overall, I think it turned out so cute! Yay! And she was so excited to show it off at daycare today. Fun!
